There you will stay at the Eco-lodge "El Sombrero", a quaint lodge with bungalows both private and communal and hammocks for resting in the dinning area and private bar. Transfer in small motorized boat to the Maya archaeological site of Topoxté located on an island in the middle of the Lake.
Return to the restaurant for lunch.
After a brief rest, transfer to the newly built museum of Topoxté and the site of Yaxhá. Yaxhá has been recently excavated and the restoration of the large temple 216, makes a great platform for observing the sunset over the Lake.

Return to the lodge for dinner in a peaceful family setting.

Breakfast. (for the sunrise tours, breakfast will be after obsevation) Start the tour of the site of Uaxactun. Known for its temple complex in Group E where certain lines of site on the different pyramids pass through the point of sunrise during the equinoxes and soltices of the seasons. This suggests that these structures may have been designed to serve as observatories, or at least as calendar markers. We will visit all seven groups, located on top of natural hills. Lunch at the site. Afternoon visit local artisan eco-touristic center. Dinner and overnight at the eco-lodge El Chiclero.

Day 5 TIKAL

Continue onto discover the complex known as “The Lost World”. Lunch at Tikal. Climb the tallest-known structure at Tikal, Temple IV, and view the thick, wild jungle, which still covers many monuments and stelae. Admire many of the artifacts discovered during the excavation of Tikal at the nearby museum. At 2:30 Depart for Guatemala City.
